This website is operated by DRESSOURCE, an apparel sourcing and garment manufacturing partner based at Rupyan Shopping Square, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. In this policy, “DRESSOURCE”, “we” and “us” refer to that business.

The website has no accounts and no contact forms. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us, for example by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or LinkedIn. This typically includes:

- Your email address, phone number or messaging handle
- Project details you share, such as tech packs, designs, artwork, quantities, fabric preferences, timelines and destination markets
- Anything else you include in your messages or attachments
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers, and this website does not set its own cookies. The cost calculator runs in your browser and does not send the values you enter to us.

We treat tech packs, artwork, patterns and other project files you send as confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share files. Please ask us if you need one.

We only share information where needed to deliver your project or run our business, for example with partner factories, fabric and trim suppliers, freight forwarders and couriers, professional advisers, and technology providers such as our website host and email provider. These parties are expected to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Third-party services and links
Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page, and link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. When you use these, the provider may collect information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.
International transfers
We are based in Bangladesh and work with customers worldwide, so your information may be processed in Bangladesh and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and then delete or anonymise it.
